Once more Cuban phenomenon Yuriorkis Gamboa backed up all experts who see him as one of the up and coming superstars in boxing.

 

At the “Star of the Desert”-Arena at Terrible’s Casino Resort in Primm, Nevada, the 2004 Olympic gold medallist destroyed former world title contendetr Al Seeger in only 2:30 minutes in the 1st.

 

“El Ciclon de Guantanamo” literally blew away his 28-year-old opponent with a stunning right to the chin. The fight featured on ESPN’s Friday Night Fights almost looked like Gamboa’s ESPN-debut back in February when he stopped Johnnie Edwards in the 1st as well.

 

It was Gamboa’s 11th win in his 11th pro fight and his first victory after descending from super featherweight (130 lbs.) to featherweight division (126 lbs.).
